Brian Moore

Mr. Brian Moore is a familiar face to the Valley School community. He taught social studies at Westmont Hilltop High School for 30 years and has two master’s degrees in teaching and public policy from the University of Pittsburgh. As a past parent to Sydney Moore ’19, he returned to the school as a substitute teacher last school year.

 

Brian is looking forward to furthering the work of Valley School through the Advancement office in his new role as Director of Development. He has seen the personalized attention and hands-on teaching experience truly mold Valley students into good humans, as he saw the transformation first-hand with his daughter. His hobbies include cycling, hiking, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
